Speak directly to the people behind the work
A conversation is often the simplest place to start. Tell us about the space, where you are and what you would like it to become. We will listen, ask the right questions and explain how P3 can help and what happens next. The visit, the design and the proposal are complimentary.

Not at all. We take on small jobs as well as whole homes: flooring and carpets, painting and decorating, plastering, strip-outs, knocking walls through, a single room refresh, a media wall or a set of fitted wardrobes. Small or large, it gets the same care.
We're based in Leeds and work up to about 50 miles around, including Harrogate, Wetherby, York, Wakefield and Bradford. If you're not sure we reach you, send us your location and we'll confirm.
One of us reads it and gets back to you. We aim to reply the same working day. If it suits you, we'll arrange a visit to see the space, listen to what you want and take measurements. Then we design it and send you a proposal.
The visit, the design and the proposal are complimentary. There is no obligation to go ahead. If you choose to proceed, the work and its cost are agreed in writing first.
P3 STUDIO is run by its three founders, and one of us is your point of contact from the first visit to the finished job. Where a job needs a specialist, such as a registered electrician, we arrange and manage them and take responsibility for their work.
We walk through the space with you, talk about how you want to use it and take measurements and photos, only with your OK. The time needed depends on the job; we'll discuss it when we arrange the visit. It helps to have any photos, ideas or plans you've saved, but you don't need anything prepared.
Yes. For design projects you'll see 3D visuals and a mood board before you decide to go ahead. These show the proposed layout, materials and finishes; the agreed specification is set out in your proposal.
Your proposal sets out the work, materials and finishes, with any assumptions or exclusions made clear. We prepare it after seeing the space and discussing what you want.
Yes. At the visit we'll talk about what matters most to you and explore suitable materials, finishes and ways to approach the work. Your proposal sets out the options we can deliver.
Yes. We can work with materials you've chosen, as long as they're right for the job, and we're happy to work alongside your architect or designer. We'll talk it through at the visit.
The time needed depends on the scope of the work, materials and any approvals required. After the visit, your proposal sets out the planned programme. We'll keep you updated if it changes.
It depends on the work and whether your home can remain safe and usable. We'll discuss this before work starts, including any periods when a room or essential facilities will be unavailable.
We protect floors and furniture, keep the work area separate, tidy up at the end of each day and clear the site when we finish. If you have children or pets, tell us and we'll plan around them.
Most interior alterations do not need planning permission, but structural changes and some electrical work must comply with Building Regulations and may need approval or certification. Listed homes may also need listed building consent. We'll discuss the proposed work at the visit and help check the requirements with the relevant authority or specialist before work starts. If a structural engineer is needed, we'll arrange one.
Yes. Electrical work is carried out by a registered electrician who certifies it, and every specialist we bring in is checked and managed by us.
Yes. The work and payment schedule are agreed in writing before work starts. Consumers normally have a 14-day cancellation period for contracts agreed at home or at a distance. Before you sign, we explain the rights that apply to your project, any exceptions and what happens if you ask us to start early.
Every project carries a workmanship guarantee: 12 months as standard, longer on bespoke work. The term for your project is set out in your proposal.
Yes. We carry public liability and professional indemnity insurance.
