P3 STUDIO designs and builds bespoke interiors and outdoor spaces across Leeds and the surrounding area. From fitted joinery and considered lighting to kitchens, gardens and whole-home transformations, every element is developed as part of one connected vision.
We design around the way a home is actually lived in. Joinery is made to the true dimensions of the space. Materials are chosen for how they feel and age. Lighting is layered to shift naturally from morning to evening.
Outside, gardens, terraces and outdoor kitchens are treated with the same care as any interior. Smart-home technology is planned into the fabric of the project, allowing lighting, sound, heating and security to work naturally without visible clutter.

Before work begins, we survey and photograph your space, then recreate it in three dimensions. The design reflects your ceiling heights, windows, natural light and real proportions. It is not a stock image or a generic concept. It is your home, considered as it could become.
Materials, finishes, joinery and lighting are brought together in realistic visuals, giving you the confidence to refine the details before the build begins.

Massimo
Build Director
Massimo leads the build on site, setting the sequence, standard and finish from the first day through to handover. He learned the trade alongside his father and brings more than a decade of practical building experience across plastering, tiling, brickwork and joinery.
Before returning to construction full-time, Massimo spent years in professional kitchens, where precision, pace and consistency are non-negotiable. That same discipline now runs through every P3 project. His understanding of several trades as one connected build reduces the visible joins between stages and keeps the finished space faithful to the design.
Marco
Associate Build Director
Marco works alongside Massimo across project delivery, bringing a second set of experienced eyes to the quality of everything that leaves the site. He grew up around his father's appliance and electrical business, learning from electricians and aerial specialists before developing broad practical experience of his own.
Years in London hospitality, followed by building and leading a specialist recruitment company, strengthened his organisation, accountability and understanding of high standards under pressure. At P3, that combination of technical awareness and operational discipline helps bring the practical details of each design together with consistency and care.
Andrea
Creative Director
Andrea shapes P3's creative direction and guides each project from the first conversation through the design and proposal. His understanding of space began in Italy, where he trained in surveying, construction and technical drawing, before completing a BA in Filmmaking and developing a strong eye for composition, light and visual storytelling.
More than five years of design experience, combined with years in hospitality leadership, taught him to listen closely to how people describe the way they want a space to feel. His own home became an early testing ground for bespoke interiors, layered lighting and smart-home integration. Today, he brings those disciplines together to create designs that are visually distinctive, technically considered and grounded in how people live every day.
